Handcrafted Windsors  chairs made in a traditional manner one at a time. I cut the trees used and split out all of the legs, stretchers, arms, armposts, combs and sticks for the backs using a froe and club to ensure the chairs strength. All chairs are availible in a variety of colors and are painted using traditional Milk Paint. If you don't see what you are looking for here please contact us as I do custom orders as well. Here is a new addtion to our lineup of chairs, this is a Double Back chair. It gets its name from the "doubleback" both sack and comb on one chair. It is styled after a Lancaster county PA chair from around 1790. This chair is in dark green milk paint with an oil finish over it.
